In addition to our classics, let yourself be surprised by great spring dishes such as:
wild garlic and nettle roulade with egg & caviar, wild herb crostini with pickled mushrooms, as well as our signature dish caraway roast "with a difference" and treat yourself to one or two glasses of top award-winning wines.
